All therapists who successfully complete our interview process, are then given a place in the Waxing.com Academy. This is where you will begin your career with us, learning our specialist skills whilst ‘on the job’.
The Waxing.com Academy is hosted inside the main branch and operates in exactly the same way. Your clients are real life people looking for the same standard of treatment but who are happy for it to take a little longer and have a second person in the room with them, guiding you whilst you’re developing your technique.
They are then given a generous 25% discount by way of thanking them for taking part in the honing of your skills.
Training
How long you’re in the academy is dependent on you an how swiftly you master our craft. That being said, with one to one mentoring, you will never be rushed through the modules, nor will you be ‘dropped in’ at the deep end. You will also be paid for the duration and gifted with performance related bonuses.
The Waxing.com Academy has become the perfect launchpad for our fledgling therapists and will offer further development and support throughout your career with us.
